Prices and Reservations

Prices from 1100,00 €/w.
The price includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity, 1 set of bath towel and bed linen.
The price does not include: midweek cleaning, additional linen, heating: to consumption.

Payment: by bank transfer.

Booking confirmation: we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% to confirm your booking.

Balance: balance payment must be received not later than 3 business days before your arrival.

Terms: do not accept credit cards or checks account.

Bailment: when you arrive, we’ll ask you 500 Euro; it will be paid back at the departure, net of any damages.

Disclaimer: if the cancellation is made at least two months before arrival, the whole amount will be refunded (minus bank charges); if the cancellation is made later it will be refunded minus a penalty of 20% of reservation amount.
