The House

In the heart of Valdera, a fascinating land full of history, “Tenuta San Carlo” offers a large house, restructured in 2007, surrounded by uncontaminated nature and a property of about 100 hectares of enclosed land.
A large swimming pool is available for the exclusive use of guests and from the house you can take pleasant walks in the woods.
The house is spread over two floors on a 350 mq area and it can host up to 9 people.

This location, set among woods and olive groves, is ideal for people who seek quiet and silence, thanks also to a wonderful view.
San Carlo is also an ideal location for cultural and archaeological excursions, among Romanesque churches and medieval villages and, although it is located in a completely peaceful atmosphere, the property is far just few kilometer from the most important Tuscan cities, such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Pisa, Volterra.
